As a woman and minority in the automotive industry, I’ve often experienced the challenges of not being fully heard or trusted when it came to car repairs. Those experiences inspired me to create a different kind of auto care environment, one built on trust, education, and fairness. With more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, I’ve built my career around one guiding principle: trust. I began as an apprentice at General Motors, gaining hands-on training across a wide variety of vehicles. Since then, I’ve worked at respected companies like Goodyear and now serve as a senior mechanic at Oliver’s Automotive Shop. Through every role, my commitment has remained the same, delivering honest, dependable service that customers can count on.

Over the years, I’ve seen how confusing and intimidating auto repair can feel for many people. That’s why I take extra time to explain what’s going on under the hood in plain, simple terms. My goal is to eliminate the uncertainty, helping customers understand what repairs are truly necessary and why.
