As a woman and minority in the automotive industry, I\u2019ve often experienced the challenges of not being fully heard or trusted when it came to car repairs. I began as an apprentice at General Motors, gaining hands-on training across a wide variety of vehicles. Since then, I\u2019ve worked at respected companies like Goodyear and now serve as a senior mechanic at Oliver\u2019s Automotive Shop. Through every role, my commitment has remained the same, delivering honest, dependable service that customers can count on.<\/p>

Over the years, I\u2019ve seen how confusing and intimidating auto repair can feel for many people. That\u2019s why I take extra time to explain what\u2019s going on under the hood in plain, simple terms. My goal is to eliminate the uncertainty, helping customers understand what repairs are truly necessary and why.<\/p>
